Order Processing Time

1. Your order will be fulfilled within 1-2 working days. Our shipping day is every business day except for weekends and Malaysian public holidays. 
2. All parcels will be processed and shipped out from Malaysia. 
3. We currently ship to Singapore and Brunei as well. 

Shipping Fees

1. West Malaysia RM8 
2. East Malaysia RM16
3. Singapore RM55 (Aramex) 
4. Brunei RM100 (Aramex) 

Returns & Exchanges

1. Please take note that all sales are final and non-refundable. Any cancellation is not allowed. 
2. Should you encounter manufacturing defects, kindly contact us within 7 days of your parcel delivery date. Please include your order number and clear photos of defects and email us at hello@shopmanglish.com to begin your return process. 
3. Upon receiving your email, we will decide whether your item is eligible for exchange and we will provide you further details on how to return your defective item back to us. 
4. Please take note, we will send you a new replacement of the same value of original order and from the same product variant only. Replacement of the same colour and illustration is strictly upon stock availability. 
5. We regret to inform you that we are not able to process any late return beyond our 7 days timeframe. 
6. There will be no refund in terms of payment/cash under our return and exchange policy. 

Changes on Order Details

1. Kindly take note that all details submitted to us are final and you won’t be able to edit/change them afterwards. Please make sure you have submitted the correct information to us. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
