- The Story Behind Manglish -
MANGLISH is founded out of pure love for Malaysian-core culture, heritage and nostalgia. It is inspired by our bahasa rojak “manglish” that is so synonymous with our daily life as multicultural Malaysians. Gone are the days where reusable drinkware tend to be so boring and lack of personality. Now with Manglish we get to carry our favourite drinks with style and own limited edition designs that reflect our unique identity as Malaysians!
Here at Manglish we strive to become a household name for Malaysian families. We plan to introduce more sizes and features to fit everyone’s needs while maintaining highest quality and standards for all products released and customers experiences. Last but not least, through Manglish we hope to explore international market to introduce fun Malaysian culture to the world. Our exciting journey has just started and we are so proud to have you on board together with us!
When I first decided to create “Manglish”, I knew that I wanted it to be a social enterprise where part of our profit margin will be contributed to causes that are most dear to my heart. From the first day I decided to exit our beauty business to venture into a completely different niche, I knew the path won't be easy, but I believe in the visions of what Manglish could become. It is quirky, loud personality, bold statements and definitely unforgettable visuals fully wrapped our drinkware. It is a shout-out to our culture and nostalgia that all Malaysians share, despite of our strikingly different backgrounds.
